Dr Shashikant Mishra, Senior Consultant Urologist & Medical Director at Precision Urology Hospital,was invited as a speaker at the NZUSICON conference held in Benaras from 27^th -29^th October 2023. Dr Mishra presented his views on the future of robotic surgery at the symposium titled “Spoilt for Choices- Is robotic surgery a necessity or a passing trend?”Highlighting PUH’s vision to become the region’s first choice for treatment of urological ailments,Dr Mishra discussed the possible future robotic programme at PUH in the backdrop of a critical appraisal of cost economics and a modified mission for achieving the narrated vision.
