Arohini Narain heads human resource
management, quality control, and strategy at Precision Urology Hospital. An MBA
from Hong Kong and alumnus of prestigious institutes like The Chinese
University of Hong Kong and Lady Shri Ram College (University of Delhi),
Arohini brings 15 years of international and national experience from different
fields of management. She has worked with HSBC in USA and Hong Kong, Indian
School of Business in Hyderabad, and XLRI-Xavier School of Management in
Jamshedpur. She also co-founded and ran a content management firm and has
several national and international academic publications to her name.
At PUH, she is responsible for strategy planning,
formulation & execution, administration, staff management, patient
experience, and quality control. The departments under her include:
The Patient Services department provides
administrative and clerical support to the various clinical/support departments
throughout the hospital in order to ensure efficient delivery of services to
patients. The Patient Services manager and team of in-charges are responsible
for the day-to-day management of general services affecting patients within the
hospital. The department is responsible for the smooth functioning of the
reception, outpatient appointments, admissions, discharges, medical records
management, TPA support, and overall patient experience.
The Patient Services department is managed by Ashish
Kumar Verma, who is a Bachelor of Law (LLB) with 9 years of experience in OPD
Management, Quality, TPA, hospital management and other patient oriented
services. He has been with PUH since its inception.
The primary role of the Quality Management
department at PUH is to ensure that the hospital achieves and maintains
excellence in quality standards. The department is responsible for devising and
establishing quality procedures, standards and specifications. In addition to
looking after the hygiene and general upkeep of the hospital, the Quality team
manages work related to the hospital’s accreditation, patient safety, infection
control, and maintenance of clinical care standards.
The Medical Services department comprises the
paramedic team of Nurses, OT technicians, Dialysis technicians, Radiology
technicians, and Lab technicians. The department is responsible for providing
the requisite support to doctors by ensuring that best and error-free care is
given to all PUH patients. The Medical Services manager and team of in-charges
look at the following: general departmental working, roster management,
training & feedback, incident monitoring & reporting, etc.
Dr. Divya Mishra has the dual role of managing both
the Quality Management and Medical Services departments. She is a dentist by
training and an expert in quality control, operations management, and clinical
biochemistry. She has spent 15 years in the field of patient care and quality
management.
The Human Resource department is responsible for
policy formulation & management, manpower planning, recruitment &
induction, staff training and development, and HR administration &
management. The department acts as a bridge between the hospital administration
and staff. The HR manager and team work towards creating and maintaining a
healthy work environment at PUH. The department charts year-long activities
that promote a sense of community and fraternity among the employees.
The HR department is managed by Pawan Pathak, who
has over 15 years of experience in varied management roles related to purchase,
commerce, logistics and human resource management.
Anand
Mishra heads the commerce, logistics, and IT services at Precision Urology Hospital. He has been with
Precision Urology since the foundation stone of the hospital was laid. An IT
engineer by qualification, Anand carries a total of 8 years of experience in
different fields like IT support, team management, and infra support. He has
worked at organizations like Tata Motors Ltd., HCL Services, and Dell India.
His vast industry knowledge in ensuring the best customer experience is
augmented by strong data analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach.
Commerce
The Commerce department is responsible for
managing the budget, capital management, billing, accounts, infrastructure
expansion planning, and payroll management. The Manager of this department is
Vinod Bisht who is the Chief Accountant of Precision Urology Hospital. He is
among the earliest employees of the hospital.
Logistics
The Logistics department looks after vendor
management, inventory management, procurement for clinical and non-clinical activities,
and repair & maintenance of hospital property.
IT
Services
The IT Services department is responsible for
responding to service calls related to IT problems within the hospital,
preventive maintenance, checking server health and performance, performing
preventive maintenance, licensing agreements, performing daily system
monitoring, carrying out backups, installing system updates. The IT team
designs, installs, administers, and optimizes hospital servers and related
components to achieve high performance of the various business applications
supported by tuning the servers as necessary.
