Dr Gyvi Gaurav, Consultant Urologist & Head of Uro-oncology at Precision Urology Hospital (PUH), was invited as a speaker at the 43^rd Congress of SIU held at Istanbul, Turkey from October 11-14, 2023. Dr Gaurav spoke on the topic “Is the General Urologist becoming Extinct!” Dr Gaurav spoke on the continuing importance of a urologist skilled in all aspects of urology, especially in the backdrop of a world-wide ageing population.

The global reach of the Canada-based SIU ensured that the international conference was attended by urologists from all over the world to exchange and share knowledge on the latest developments and trends in the field of urology.
