Ectopic Pelvic Kidney with pelvic stone in scenario where the calyces are posterior and pelvis anterior represents challenging scenario for PCNL[1]. Such cases can be best dealt with Laparoscopic Pyelolithotomy in steep Trendelenberg position. We performed laparoscopic approach in one such case.
