Varicocele is dilatation of testicular veins in the scrotum. This entity presents itself as Swelling or Pain in Testis or Infertility. Data suggest that Laparoscopic Varicocelectomy is superior to Open surgical and radiographic techniques. It enhances early post operative recovery and has ability to preserve testicular artery.
