A rare entity, this unmarried girl had recurrent lower abdominal pain, on evaluation found to have Ectopic kidney PUJO with 18% function. Laparoscopic repair was done in steep Trendelenberg position. OR time 2 hours, no blood transfusion, hospital stay of 3 days and excellent cosmetic scar.
