Laparoscopic Radical Cystectomy with Extracorporeal ONB (Studers Orthotopic Neobladder) was done for a 5 feet 8 inch height, 96 kg man with muscle invasive Bladder cancer. Laparoscopy enabled bladder removal along with lymph node dissection. New bladder was reconstructed using 50 cm distal ileum with pffanensteil incision.... Surgery lasted 6 hours.
