NSS for small kidney tumor( preserving residual kidney after removing the renal tumor with adequate margin) ... Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy was done in a 56 year woman, obese, Diabetic and Hypertensive for 3.2 cm intra-renal mid pole renal mass. Ideally robotic surgery has all the advantages for this operation. Till we strive to bring Robot in UP, we continue our zeal to succeed with equivalent results with Laparoscopy. Our experience with Lap made this minimally invasive, fast recovery surgery possible with experienced operating team.
