34 years old gentleman with 2 cm left middle calyceal stone was treated with Flexible ureteroscopy ( Karl Storz Flex X2), using 65 watt LASER machine. High watt power for laser lithotripsy enables dusting of the stone using high frequency ( 40 Hz) and low energy(0.6 J). Stone was completely dusted in small fragments in a total lasing time of 30 minutes.
