The first year resident has been trained for many urological procedures within 3 months of starting the accredited course by NBE. In addition, the students are encouraged to present papers even in nascent stage of joining the course. The students are doing few procedures independently while assisting consultants in complex procedures such as Kidney Transplantation and advanced Laparoscopy.
